How and when do I pay for my membership?

You pay for your membership as soon as you make your order. The payments get repeated every month on the same date. If you choose the 12-month membership, the payment will be taken on the same date but in the respective month. 

 

When will I receive my Monthly Candle Box?

We aim to send your order within 3 days, which means you should receive it in 3 - 5 working days.

 

How and when should I cancel my Monthly Candle Box?

We don't want you to cancel your subscription 😟, but if you decide you no longer want to receive your Monthly Candle Box you should cancel asap. You can cancel the subscription in your account in the top right-hand corner.

You aren't tied into any contracts so you can cancel whenever you want to. If your payment has already come out of your bank account feel free to contact us, but we urge you to cancel before the last week of the month. 

 

Are the candles in the Monthly Candle Box vegan? 

All of the candles in our boxes are made from soy or vegetable wax, which makes them 100% vegan.

 

Where are the candles in the Monthly Candle Box made?

All of the candles are handmade in our home in Worcestershire. We're a start-up business which means we don't make our candles in a big factory or warehouse, they're all handmade with care in a little house in the Worcestershire countryside. 

 

How do I care for the candles?

You will receive a candle care card with every order, but you can read how to look after your candles here too.

 

What should I do if I spill any candle wax?

Don't worry if there's any spillage of candle wax when lit, the good thing about soy wax is that it's easy to clean up. If the wax is warm, but not too hot you can simply wipe the wax away with warm soapy water. If the wax has completely dried, you can simply pick it and wipe any excess wax with a warm soapy cloth.

 

How long do the candles burn?

Each candle has a different burn time, this is dependent on the wax, size of the candle, the wax and the wick.

 

Do I get to choose my candles?

You can't choose your candles at the moment, but as we eventually grow our little business we'd love to offer you the choice of choosing your favourite candles. For now, you'll have the pleasure of getting a surprise every month.
